A motivating conversation with Roland Williams, Founder of the Champion Academy and Rochester's own Super Bowl Champion.  From growing up on Genesee Street in the midst of poverty & gangs,  to being a part of the legendary Greatest Show On Turf,  where he was part of a record-setting offense that lead the St. Louis Rams to a Super Bowl Championship, Roland has beat the odds to achieve great success.   However, his success does not stop there.  With the statistics regarding Rochester's poverty, drop-out and crime rates haunting him, Roland decided that he was tired of being "sick and tired."  It was time do something...the Champion Academy Extreme Mentoring & Empowerment Program was born.  Listen in for how this program is transforming Rochester's youth through the Power of One.
