He will be using his talents to give amazing tips and ideas on how to use up your leftovers and throw less food away - which will save you money at the same time. Learn from a ‘Master Chef The Professionals’ former quarter finalist Mark Heirs to get some different Spring dinner ideas. He will be serving up a venison dish and a bramble chocolate brownie with peanut butter cream - delicious! And that’s not all - Michelin starred chefs and drinks experts will all be introducing us to new culinary horizons at the show!
