Chance Gray, from the small town of Fyffe, AL, worked his way from taking out trash and stocking beer in a downtown Nashville bar to working in merchandise for acts such as Taylor Swift (1989 Tour), Marty Stuart, Olivia Newton-John, Jerrod Niemann, among others. He's now merchandise manager for acclaimed Americana artist Jason Isbell, while also continuing to write songs and record his own music.
