This week, we'll dig into the work of the Holy Spirit through Paul in Corinth. We'll look at what went through the great apostle's thoughts and emotions as he left Athens to bring the gospel to the city of Corinth. The primary question that will guide our study this week is what are God's tools for making my life and character more like Christ's? James 1:22 encouragement- We can see modeled in Paul's life the fullness of the true Christian life: on the one hand there is joy at the work of God's hands in transforming lives; and on the other hand pain in the forms of beatings in Philippi, rejection in both Thessalonica and Berea, and indifference in Athens.
