From the field or from your office, sharing information with your team or customers is a core skills for many of us. Unfortunately, too many people are using email for this function, and the content is often lost to future employees. Instead, train your team to create short presentations and establish a training library of content for your department or company.  Establish a naming convention for your presentations and require everyone follow it. This makes it easy to search presentations and key words.
