Jeff Floro's All About Guitar

Session guitarist, recording artist, and educator Carl Verheyen joins me in studio on this week's show! Known globally for his work in Supertramp, there is a lot more to Carl. As a session musician, he has played guitar on albums by Cher and the Bee Gees, among others, and his guitar work has been featured in film scores such as The Crow and The Usual Suspects. As an educator, Carl has written several books and instructional DVDs on guitar and is an adjunct instructor of studio jazz guitar at the USC Thornton School Of Music. We talk with Carl about tone, gear, technique, Supertramp, session work and more! Also we will talk about his signature guitar made by LsL Guitars, and, also in studio, we will be joined by Lance Lerman of LsL guitars and talk to him about what it took to make Carl's dream guitar a reality!
