Why is there still shade in the beauty community among beauty influencers? With everything happening in the Beauty Community, my audience has responded with messages about shade, negativity, negative vibes & energy that is coming from someone who is supposed to be another woman & influencer.  With so many influencers that are 100K & below, why are there influencers who are not genuine or have a true purpose for being there for another woman? You should have someone in your corner collaborating with you, giving you advice, supporting you in your events or planning events & be your backbone. However, as time progresses some of these women &/or influencers in your circle start shifting their intention & no longer need you in their life. The fact that you are supposed to confide in another woman as a sister & share genuine conversation because you are part of the same industry is the key to growth & support.
