The NCAA women's tournament tips off Friday and the upper Midwest will be well represented in the tournament. Minot's Hannah Stewart leads her Iowa Hawkeyes as a two seed, they'll face Mercer in the opening round Friday. Win-E-Mac's Madison McKeever is a starter on South Dakota's 28 win team that received an at-large bid to the tournament, the Coyotes face Mississippi in the first round Friday. Wahpeton's Tylee Irwin has had a big impact on South Dakota State's team that earned a six seed and will face Quinnipiac on Saturday morning. I visited with Irwin about her season and returning to the NCAA Tournament after a tough first round loss last season. I also had a chance to visit with former NDSU guard Sarah Jacobson about her decision to transfer to MSU Moorhead to finish her college career.
