Covenant Grace

We return to our sermon series on the Gospel according to Mark. Rev. Stone brings us a message this week about faith from Mark 9 based on the account of Jesus healing a boy with an unclean spirit. We see a broken world full of personal problems, cultural concerns, and spiritual struggles. This creates a distorted life of harsh criticism, self-reliance, doubt and fear. The boys father says "if you can do anything" and "I believe: help my unbelief!" Jesus responds "all things are possible for one who believes." In what or in whom does your faith rest? Prayer is evidence of faith.
