Ali and Gaia are the heads of Alnowair, and have created an extremely beneficial program here in Kuwait which tackles bullying. They believe that “the best way to tackle bullying is through transformative art”. This is why whenever there is bullying in a school they would create a performance there that is performed by the students, focusing on the bully, the victim, and the bystander. They involve the bullies and the victim in solving the problem by making them a part of the solution.This is in order for them to know how it feels like to be on the other side and for the bully to realize how it feels like to be bullied.
