What you’ll learn on today’s show: ✔️ Essential oil tips for Lemon and Peppermint ✔️ Cooking recipe for Honey, Ginger, Lime Chicken with Broccoli Recipe details: Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Add two boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed. Cook until done, add salt and pepper to taste. Add in two cups of broccoli florets. In a separate bowl, add 1/3 cup of honey, two drops of *ginger essential oil, two drops of *lime essential oil, and mix well. (Optional: add ¼ cup of soy sauce) Add honey mix to chicken/broccoli, stir until completely coated. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook for five minutes.
