Now picture me saying 80 million dollars like Dr. Evil because thats the way Im doing it. A trucker that felt forced into driving for a company had a judge feeling the same way. Recently a truck driver had been on his off time after being on the road for a certain time. Not even 24 hours after going home for some much needed rest, he received a phone call. The call came from his company he was driving for. They wanted him to give up his home time to deliver more freight for them. Thank hey also wanted him to lie about the amount of rest he received. Trucker Sues Company. They wanted him to cheer on his logs which is very illegal. With in a short time home this driver would be back on the road. His trip would not last too long because he was in a very bad accident. The courts agreed and sent a message to anyone that is looking to push a driver beyond the legal limits of the hours of service. Tune
