Wild And Free

Many might think that it's very strange that Abigail and I opt to sleep on the floor. Even when there is a soft, cushioned bed for our taking...we end up with a mat or our tatami bed on the floor. Now in the van, we are sleeping on an elevated surface but it has our floor bed as the mattress. We have found that the firmer the better for the health of our spine and the quality of our sleep!
