On this episode of DEMA Live will tackle the issue of working a Live-In or Live-Out position from the perspective of a Private Service Professional.  For years the industry has struggled with which position has the better benefits. Is it easier to work a postion where you can leave at the end of the day or to have the ability of having a place to stay where your work?  Can you ask for higher pay with either of the positions?  Is it healthier to seperate business from your private life?  There are several positives and negatives, all which will be discussed on DEMA Live.
