Carmen Foy is going to help educate all of our members regarding some of the do’s and don’ts when it comes to working with food in the kitchen.  Food Safety and hygiene training have become a passion for Carmen after serving as a chef on multiple yachts.  She is responsible for creating the first food safety course in the yachting industry. her course has since become a required course which now carries a certification with it.  Carmen is the owner of Crew Food Safety Training , where she is managing director and Lead Instructor.
