Father's Rights: Incarceration of Indigent Fathers for Inability to Pay Child Support This episode will discuss the incarceration of indigent fathers for their inability to pay child support during their imprisonment for unrelated offenses.  Every day in America noncustodial parents who are serving prison time are rearrested on the offense of failure to pay child support while they were incarcerated.  We will examine this critical issue and the issues in a case pending before the Supreme Court of the United States.
