We hear about Oak’s diet and workout regime in his mid 50’s and all the charities he now has time for since  he’s been off the court. We take a look back at his iconic 18 year career starting from where he was when he got the call that he was drafted out of Virginia Union. Then about his first meeting with Michael Jordan while teammates on the bulls. We talk about the trade that brought him to the Big Apple, and his favorite hangouts while living here.
