Over the weekend, we had the great privilege to have guest Kevin Enders, the president and CEO of 4KIDS (http://4kids.us), join us for our weekend services. He was called to the foster care system after he and his wife found salvation back in 2006. In 2007 they fostered their first child and in the following years they fostered several more. Kevin became the president of 4KIDS in 2017. Kevin brought with him the clear vision of how the church can jump on this opportunity to serve. Serving in the foster system is not just a responsibility but an opportunity. He explained what ways the church can advocate for kids in foster care. “It’s alright if you’re not called to be a foster parent, God has other ways for you to serve. Everyone can make a difference in some way.” God has you in His place. If you feel called to serve in the foster care system, there is an Orientation happening on Tuesday, June 25 at 7:00 pm at Coastal Community Church 6800 University Dr., 33067 Parkland, Florida.
