Hello All I decided to change the name of the show to the "Weekend Focus"  because this will give us time practice so we will be able to apply the lessons totally by the new week.  Lets get this started and keep on the positive paths.  Yesterday is history lets bring the lessons we were meant to learn and leave the rest in the past.  Stop using what happened years ago as your excuses for not moving forward.  The only excuse left is YOU!
