Wendy Whiteman has been called a Renaissance Woman by her friends and colleagues, in that she is knowledgeable in many areas. She has been an employee of one of the “three letter” agencies, having been recruited out of college in the ‘70s. After that, her passion of rockhounding in the deserts of California, New Mexico, & Arizona led her into a career of fine jewelry and studying the use of stones and crystals for metaphysical purposes. She is presently the owner of The WolfWalker Collection, a 22 yr. old business which sells ceremonial herbs used in the Native, shamanic, Buddhist and Hindu traditions. The distillation of essential oils, such as white sage and New Mexico desert sage, are also an important part of what she offers. Wendy is a registered aromatherapist with many years of experience in blending oils and teaching small classes in distillation and use of oils. She is also the author of "Sacred Sage: How it Heals" and "Sacred Sage Spirit Medicine." She resides in Taos, NM, in a traditional adobe
