Mike also chats to trainer Mark Johnston who promises to take a strong team to the Goodwood Festival as he bids to be crowned Champion Trainer at the five day meeting for the 13th time. Goodwood have issued an upbeat report on track conditions with just less than a fortnight to the start of the Qatar Festival when some 500 runners will charge across the Sussex Downs over 5 days. It's a unique week for horse and public, with Group 1 races the highlight on the first three days.
