She sits and is apart many leadership groups and aspires for representation, inclusion, and overall upward mobility of minorities. As she champions for women, she is also is the founder and executive director of I Be Black Girl and Young Black and Influential- Omaha Awards. She begins to share her background, upbringing, and ideas/philosophies of representation in the work place.
