Actions Over Lectures - Turning Frustration With Kiddos Into Lessons - Episode 9

Sinopse

So much of the time, as parents, it's easy to feel like you are talking to wall when you're teaching your children lessons. But truthfully, while they ARE kids, they aren't JUST kids. They are truly sponges that retain everything, even when you think they aren't listening. Even more so, it's proven that children will replicate our actions more than they will replicate what we SAY. Today, I took a moment of frustration when David got mad I didn't buy him a figurine - to pause and use it as a lesson to teach him gratitude. Not only that, but what he did later that evening when painting with Jacob; made me realize how closely they watch what we DO more than hear what we SAY. #proudmommoment Don't forget to connect on the blog and on Instagram!
