Our guest this week is Janet Pozmantier, Outreach Educator with the Dibble Institute. Janet is a licensed professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, and play therapist.  She has worked in the area of primary prevention since 1982, first as the director of a child abuse prevention program for children, and for 20 years as the creator and developer of a nationally recognized, research-based, award-winning program teaching children and youth today the parenting skills they will need in the future.  She brought evidence-based teen relationship education programs to Houston and launched training and implementation throughout the region.  Janet currently serves as an outreach educator for a national non-profit (the Dibble Institute) and a consultant to several other non-profit organizations.  She is co-author of a book on early childhood development and was instrumental in establish
