(Shakespeare, “Hamlet”) If character is to be developed through trial and adversity, one must first know who she is before adversity presents itself.  As we transition to Session 2 of this series “Get ready to Launch: Ready Set Go!“ series, we must ask ourselves, am I being real to myself in my pursuit of destiny? During this process, we will face setbacks and times of disappointment. In those times, we must be willing to first look at ourselves and ask, what, if anything did I contribute to this situation, I now find myself experiencing? Only then, can we begin the search to unlock the chains that slowed our progress. In being true to ourselves, we take control of our development. We change the things we are responsible for and ignore the distractions that seek to take us off
