Tuques of Hazard is a Toronto based Sketch comedy duo. Kyle Andrews and Colin North met at Humber College in 2011 and officially founded the Tuques of Hazard shortly thereafter. Ever since then, they have been an unstoppable force of… well no one is quite sure what they are.
