Conversations At The Table

The Table is a church community located in Lemont, IL. We are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus to our community and to the world in very practical ways. The modern American church has become obsessed with basing their "success" on attendance and dollars, instead of remembering that Jesus called the Church to be servants. At The Table, we want people to experience Jesus through biblical knowledge, authentic relationships, and selfless service. Our podcast is aimed at continuing the conversation we have on Sundays at our weekly gathering and during the week at our house churches.   IN THIS EPISODE: Dave and Seth discuss Acts 15:32 - 16:40 where Paul continues his missionary journey. Some of the things that happened in these verses are relevant for us today, including a harsh disagreement between teachers, listening for the guidance of the Spirit, and making major deals out of minor things.
