Beneath The Surface

Episode 7 sees Tracey Marwood grabbing the mic to join me on Beneath the Surface. Trace is a miner, small business owner, cycling enthusiast and mother, who has jumped in and out of the mining industry as her business and family have expanded. In this episode, Trace talks through her time being pregnant on site, the challenges she faced as well as the difficulties of helping to run a business from her camp room. On top of all this, Trace offers some amazing advice for those working in the industry who are looking to start (or grow) a family - advice that can be applied far beyond the scope of a mining operation.
