Pam McOnie is a firecracker and a firebrand. Her enthusiasm is utterly infectious, and every city in the world should have a champion like Pam. She recently marched our Caren Banks around the city on a food tour, and Caren returned having walked 7 miles while continually stopping to eat the best local food Cape Town has to offer.
