Happy Pride my friends. This episode is all about the art of becoming yourself, of coming out of the shadows, of claiming who you are and living it. I share my coming out story as a way to bring to life the powerful process of self-rejection, hiding, then move into self-acceptance and coming out of hiding and into the light. This is something, regardless of your sexual or gender tendencies, we all have to do. It's time to live in the light.
