An industry expert tells you the whole truth about what it’s really like inside America’s online vending machines.   Warehouses and stories about working inside of them have been in the news a lot in the past few years. Are they a Charles Dickens novel come to life? Is Jeff Bezos a secret James Bond Villain, does he have a Lex Luther Fetish? Is it really slave labor, or is that simply hyperbole? Are all the typical downsides or consequences that are present in all work just being magnified by folks with an agenda, or are there problems within the industry? And does the blame fall at the feet of owners and leadership in the logistics industry, are we the consumer to blame, or is it a little of both?
