I am sure everyone has their own opinion about the opioid epidemic. Here is my perspective from a physician's point of view. I am not suggesting a solution nor saying that my viewpoint is the correct one.  I have prescribed and continue to prescribe quite a lot of medications for pain as an Urgent Care doctor. Therefore, I'm on the front lines of opioids.
