Welcome to the season finale of I'll Show You Mine! James is closing it out by showing Elyse "Ape Escape" for the PlayStation, released in 1999. This game was designed to feature the new Dual Shock controller for the PlayStation, so the controls are a little different than the typical 3-D platformers of the time. Also you're chasing time-traveling monkeys. Join us as we talk about choosing between Nintendo and Sony back in the day, how the weirdness of this game is kind of what makes it fun, and the great Anime Wave of the late 90s and early 2000s that inspired a generation of young artists.
