51: How To Self Care Your Workouts Through Various Stages Of Mom Life

In today's episode, I'm walking you through my workout history, and how I've made my strength training workouts work FOR me (well, almost....there was that 1 year window postpartum after Emma that I fucked it up pretty big) through various stages of mom life - before kids, pregnancies, postpartum, beyond.   Here's why this episode exists.   1) We sometimes have this ideal built up in our brain that we are constantly trying to reach but can never measure up to because it is SO HIGH UP. 2) We need to learn how to ask better questions to come up with the right mix of strength + intensity to allow our workouts to actually work FOR us and not AGAINST us.
