This week on Eat. Rave. Rest. Repeat. Simon & Pips pop in to visit Maddy and Alex Weaver -  The Soul Sisters, at the Adidas Studio on Bricklane. Alex & Maddy are sisters who are both qualified personal trainers, yoga instructors and who run the Adidas Studio in East London. The girls give us an insight into how they maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle and of course how they like to party.
