With the immediate danger of the Spoiled Lover thwarted and some basic information discovered by the cabal, it prompts new questions by the cabal's Acanthus, Wyrd the Seer. Atratus is getting desperately low on Mana as well, so she's looking to fill up her reserves. As a special note, this is our first Duo Session! Chris and John are out, so the cabal continues with only two members for now, but they'll be back! The Awakening is when a mundane mortal, a Sleeper, has the truth of the real world, the Supernal, revealed to them. It is traumatic and intense, and thereafter, they are one of the Wise, the Mages, living in the Fallen World, surrounded by the Lie. They strive to learn more, to bend reality to their will, to call forth creatures of the Underworld at a whim, or delve into the souls of others to learn their dark secrets.
