Tropical Storm Humberto to Bring Some Impacts to the Southeast U.S. into Early Next Week; 4 Additional Storms in the tropics,  Flash Flooding Possible in Desert Southwest and Upper Midwest. Tropical Storm Humberto is forecast to strengthen into a hurricane Sunday night off the Southeast Coast. Heavy rain, rough surf and a potential for rip currents is forecast along the Southeast Coast from Florida to South Carolina into early next week.
