Severe Thunderstorms Possible Over the Central Plains and Upper Midwest; Excessive Heat in the Southwest Lingers Monday. Severe thunderstorms are possible from Nebraska and Iowa into southern Minnesota and Wisconsin on Monday. Large hail and damaging winds are the main threats. In the Southwest, Excessive Heat Warnings and Heat Advisories remain in effect Monday.
