Arctic Airmass to Bring Heavy Rain to Southern Plains and Heavy Snow to Interior New England;  An Arctic-sourced airmass will sweep across the eastern two-thirds of the U.S. over the next few days. On the leading edge of this, heavy rain is forecast from the southern Plains to the Tennessee Valley Wednesday and moderate to heavy snow is forecast over interior New England Thursday.
