Talks With The Tribe

With this episode of the podcast i felt called to sit and have an open chat a little more about what my journey has been like. Our younger years of life lay such a critical foundation for our future beliefs, habits and so much more yet we have the choice if we allow these very experiences to influence our outcome. The beauty of this episode is that i am sharing what is real and true for me not only now but what has been for quiet a long time. I stayed quiet for so long in fear i would be told i was wrong and to protect those around me from any discomfort. Yet what i know to be true and as i hope to show you is that when we hold back our story or our truth in order to protect those around us we in turn hinder ourselves.
