Wintry Mix For Mid-Atlantic; Wet Pattern Continues For Northwest - A quick-moving and intensifying system will produce a wintry mix of mainly snow from the central Appalachians through the Mid-Atlantic region. A swath of accumulating snow is expected from eastern Kentucky into parts of West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina, as winter weather advisories are in effect.
