Storms to Continue to Impact The West and Northeast Thursday; Another Storm Being Watched for Impacts from the Plains through the East this Weekend -  A strong Pacific storm will continue to roll across the West Thursday and Friday delivering additional rain, heavy mountain snow and strong winds. Heavy snow and blowing snow will continue Thursday over the Great Lakes and interior Northeast as a storm system shifts off the coast.
