Today's guest is the current England Under 16 Head Coach Justin Cochrane. If you like football, coaching, are involved in developing young players/people this is a brilliant insight into someone who is doing really great things.   He had a career playing professional football before transitioning to become a coach age 27.  His coaching ability was quite apparent but Justin has an amazing ability to develop young people and so he rose through the ranks quickly at Tottenham to become Under 23 assistant under Mauricio Pochettino who was the first team manager at the time.  Justin is also involved in a local Charity Holler UK - www.holleruk.com who bring community leaders into schools to speak and inspire children from their area.  You can find Justin on twitter @justincochrane8 We'd love our listeners to recommend people for the show so if you know anyone please do send them our way.
