Goodness, this one was fun!  And educational, because I learned a lot about recording a guest and editing the audio so thanks for your patience while I'm learning how to podcast ;)Erin Winn is my first ever guest, and she makes so many good points about starting your own small business and some of the things that you only find out once you're in the thick of it!She's an Advanced Care Paramedic by day (and nights) but she's also the CEO of Shiny Clawz Inc.  Her nail salon opens in Spring 2020.  We talk about how she became interested in nails in the first place, what she's learned, and what she wishes she'd known earlier.She and I go way back (all the way to Paramedic school and that was a minute ago!) so we had some good laughs while we talked about entrepreneurship, good lessons, the stupidity that is sometimes social media, and how it can be detrimental to a small business owner.  We hope you get lots of good takeaway from this episode!
