Success After Excess

Hello all and welcome to episode 61! Thank you for tuning in today!  Have you ever worked incredibly hard towards a goal and or outcome, only to have it go sideways or not pan out the way that you had planned and or envisioned? In all honesty, how easily did self doubt, fear and or inadequacy creep up? Probably light speed! It makes it so easy to give up on ourselves in those moments however it is crucial in those times that we look to where we started and celebrate how far we have come!!! Winning doesn't always mean being first. Winning means you're doing netter than you've done before - Bonnie Blair Although I do not typically I do not post on the weekends, I am putting up more origin story and am going to plan the first segment tomorrow. I did recorded the story in one go, however it is painfully long! I love the time that we spend together and want to ensure you guys are happy! I will post the rest of my origin story on Monay!
