Success After Excess

Hello everyone and welcome back! I hope that you all had a great weekend!, It was a long weekend here and we made the most of it despite the delayed warm weather that we are having. Thank you all for tuning in to today's episode! I was inspired today by a quote by Tony Robbins and it is "A real decision is measured by the fact that you've taken a new action. If there's no action, you truly haven't decided." How true is that?! I know for myself that procrastination, fear and a lack of belief in my self and my abilities lead me to not follow through on so many things, while simultaneously finding reasons "why" it didn't work out the way that I had hoped and or planned. Bottom line, I was justifying my lack of commitment to these decisions and when I look back now, I see the potential of where I could have been and what I could have accomplished.
