Success After Excess

Good morning everyone and thank you for tuning in to today's episode! The topic today is appeasement and despite how sometimes, it can be beneficial, when it becomes excessive in its use, it then begins to pose a HUGE threat to our happiness, well being, our authenticity and to our relationships. There is something to be said for choosing not to "rock the boat" from time to time, however as individuals, we all have different needs, wants and desires for our own appeasement and happiness and when we start to appease someone too much, we start to shut parts of ourselves out and or down.
