Success After Excess

Hello and here we are for episode 32!! Today we are talking about the importance of finding YOUR why as well as how to uncover your true why! The first time I heard this concept I thought it was incredible! I always thought that I knew what my driving force was in life but as I went through the process that I am going to share with you today, I can tell you that I had layers of superficial whys that were covering up my true why. In order to find and maintain the momentum that is required to succeed and also create new and lasting change is to know our why so that when things get tough, we are able to forge forward knowing deep down, why we are doing what we are doing!
