Success After Excess

Happy Friday everyone and thanks for tuning in to episode 31 where today's topic is, everything is temporary and how it can be so incredibly helpful to remember that! Times get tough and we all experience happiness, sadness, greatness "failures" and the like. It can be so easy, especially when we are in a time of adversity, to end up feeling as though things may never change... as though perhaps we are doomed to remain in a state much less than where we would like to be. This is where it is crucial to take a breath and remind ourselves that no matter what is going on, it WILL not stay the same forever!
