Success After Excess

Welcome everyone! In today's episode, episode 30, I wanted to talk about the importance of trusting the process.  We live in a society littered with instant gratification which despite feeling great in the moment, can also end up creating a wealth of disappointment, fear, regret and uncertainty amongst other things. When we can acknowledge that it took us time to get where we currently are, then it's that much easier to accept that it is going to take us time to then get where we want to be. Trusting the process also helps us enjoy the journey that we are on. It presents an opportunity for us to be present and celebrate the small wins along the way!
